Awin is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to own features end-to-end for Publisher Web, spanning Angular UI, Java backend services, and AWS infrastructure. You will work in an agile team, collaborating with Product and UX to shape solutions and drive value with AI-assisted tooling.
The role emphasizes mentoring, code quality, and cross-team collaboration within the Publisher Tribe, offering a hybrid working model and a strong focus on performance and security.
Awin's Product Development department is responsible for all stages of the product lifecycle – from ideation to market release, ongoing operation and continuous improvement.
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to work on Publisher Web – the web experience publishers and creators rely on every day to discover advertisers, join programmes, build links, track performance and grow their partnerships. Publishers are one side of our partner network, and many of the best opportunities to grow activated partnerships sit on their side.
This is a full-stack role. You will own features end to end: from the Angular UI, through API design and Java backend services, down to the AWS infrastructure they run on. You use AI tools as naturally as any other part of a modern engineering toolkit.
Working within one of our agile engineering teams, this role reports to an Engineering Manager and works closely with Product, UX and other engineering teams across the Publisher Tribe.
We do not expect candidates to tick all the boxes 100%. If there is anything missing or that you have not done before, do not shy away from applying. It simply means Awin might be a greater learning opportunity for you.
