The successful candidate will shape cross-cutting features, collaborate with partners, and deliver high-impact data-driven capabilities that support product teams and clients worldwide.

Qualifications

• Extensive software engineering experience.
• Experience leading software engineering teams, preferably in a platform engineering context.
• Experience or interest in financial technology.
• A great communicator adept at working with cross-functional partners.
• Experienced with managing software projects throughout the SDLC, improving team agile processes, estimation and project planning.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to shaping our ambitious program of product features, technical debt reduction, and scalability improvements.
• Coach and mentor a team of software engineers
• Deliver solutions for our clients, drive software delivery and improve engineering processes
• Collaborate with partner teams across Addepar to deliver impactful results for both internal and external clients
