You will govern architecture, guide technology choices, and connect business strategy with engineering execution across IT, product, and data teams.

You will mentor an architecture organization, promote responsible design, and balance innovation with risk management while delivering measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Strategic enterprise architect with TOGAF and global transform experience.
• Proven governance of large-scale platforms (CRM, Commerce, Integration, Data).
• Strong knowledge of AI, automation, and data architecture across platforms.
• Leadership in architectural governance, standards, and technology selection.
• Confident communicator and collaborator influencing diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define, maintain, and evolve Dyson’s enterprise architecture framework.
• Architect platform strategies with AI, automation, and data-driven services.
• Lead governance boards, balancing innovation with cost and risk.
• Guide technology selection and secure integration with core systems.
• Champion ethical AI, mentor your team, and drive continuous improvement.
• Engage with stakeholders to translate technical issues into insights.
• Ensure on-time delivery of technology projects with internal and external teams.
• Monitor trends and push for scalable, future-proof architectures.
