Salary: 1100 - 1400 PLN net + VAT/md

Work model: hybrid from Kraków - 3 days per week in the office

Project

We are looking for an experienced Electronics Hardware Validation & Verification Lead to join a global automotive engineering project focused on the development and testing of advanced electronic systems. The person will play a key role in defining and coordinating hardware verification and validation activities, ensuring product quality, timely delivery, and compliance with customer and engineering requirements. In this role, you will collaborate closely with program management, system architects, hardware, software, and mechanical engineering teams to define testing strategies, coordinate test execution, manage resource allocation, and monitor project progress. You will be responsible for identifying risks, communicating testing status to stakeholders, and driving corrective actions to support successful product development. The project is scheduled for an initial 6-month period with a strong possibility of extension. Due to the immediate project start, we are looking for professionals available at short notice.

Responsibilities You'll Have

• Define electronics hardware verification and validation test plans based on input from program management, system leaders, electronics hardware and mechanical competencies.
• Contribute to defining tests strategy and coordinating its realization.
• Collaborate with system, software and hardware development leaders to control parts availability for testing.
• Monitor, track and communicate testing resource needs.
• Track progress of electronics hardware deliverables and test
• Evaluate and communicate delays and risks to product development
• Review and report testing status and results – internally and externally

Expected Competences And Knowledge

• Masters degree in Electrical/Electronic engineering or an associated field
• 5+ years experience in automotive electronics hardware development
• 2+ years of experience in leading/coordinating a project team
• Active listener, strong communicator and strong leadership skills
• Good foundation knowledge in hardware embedded systems and mechanical constraints
• Proficient in communicating with customer and engineering leadership
• Fluency in English is required
