Job summary

Jit Team is seeking a QA Automation/Software Test Engineer to join a hybrid model in Poland. You will work on a Master Data Management (MDM) project, combining manual and automated testing to ensure data quality and compliant processes.

You'll design and execute test cases, build automated tests with Selenium, and collaborate with Analysts and Developers to deliver high-quality software in an agile environment. Prior MDM testing and SQL skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in software testing, combining both manual and automation testing.
• Good understanding of software testing methodologies, test design techniques and defect management.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium or similar test automation tools.
• Good knowledge of SQL and experience working with databases.
• Experience in test data preparation, validation and analysis.
• Understanding of web application testing.
• Basic knowledge of test automation and scripting/programming concepts.
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive mindset with willingness to learn, grow and develop within QA Automation.
• Familiarity with Python for test automation purposes will be considered an advantage

Project

You will be involved in a financial project focused onMaster Data Management (MDM), where you will support the quality assurance of solutions responsible for managing and maintaining critical business data. As part of the QA team, you will perform bothmanual and automated testing, validatedata quality, analyse system behaviour and help ensure reliable and compliant data processes across the organization.
