Job summary

Jit Team w Krakowie poszukuje Inżyniera Wsparcia Produkcji – Mechanicznego, który będzie kluczowym interfejsem między operacjami a inżynierią produktu, analizować problemy mechaniczne i wspierać trwałe działania naprawcze. Do zadań należeć będzie analiza przyczyn źródłowych, DoE, ocena tolerancji i współpraca z zespołami projektowymi, produkcyjnymi i materiałowymi w celu poprawy niezawodności i wydajności.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, manufacturing support, product development, or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles, GD&T, tolerance analysis, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with root cause analysis, failure analysis, and structured problem-solving methodologies.
• Experience supporting Design of Experiments (DoE) and engineering investigations.
• Ability to translate technical findings into practical design and manufacturing improvements.
• Understanding of materials behavior, mechanical interfaces, and product reliability concepts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within global cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve mechanical and thermomechanical production issues across global manufacturing plants.
• Act as the technical interface between Manufacturing and Product Engineering teams.
• Perform root cause analysis and support implementation of effective corrective actions.
• Investigate mechanical design, assembly, tolerance, structural, and reliability-related issues.
• Support Design of Experiments (DoE), validation activities, and failure investigations.

• Assess supplier changes and their impact on product performance and reliability.

Project

We are looking for a Hardware Production Support Engineer – Mechanical to join our engineering team and support global manufacturing plants in solving complex mechanical and thermomechanical production challenges.

In this role, you will act as a key technical interface between manufacturing operations and Product Engineering teams, ensuring effective problem resolution and continuous improvement of product reliability. You will analyze production issues, coordinate technical investigations, support containment activities, and drive sustainable corrective actions.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including mechanical design engineers, manufacturing engineers, simulation specialists, materials experts, and reliability teams to identify root causes and implement robust solutions that improve product performance and manufacturing efficiency.
