Google's gTech Ads team seeks a seasoned professional to support digital media campaigns for clients across Poland. You will help optimize ad strategies, measure performance, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to deliver scalable media solutions.

The role emphasizes client relationship management, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision making in a multi-product ads stack.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions and campaign measurement.
• 1 year in customer relationship development or account management.
• Fluency in Spanish and English to support regional client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and apply knowledge of market, industry, products to offer best client solutions.
• Dive into client objectives and lead holistic media strategy discussions for performance.
• Collaborate with cross-site and cross-functional teams to grow accounts.
• Drive conversations on measurement and attribution for YouTube campaigns.
• Manage a book of business across plan, pitch, implement, and optimize stages.
