Job summary

Viktor in Warsaw is hiring a hands-on Brand/Visual Designer focused on performance ads and marketing design. You will own production-layer creative across ads, social, decks, and events, staying inside the brand system while iterating quickly with AI tools.

You'll work with Figma and Adobe CC, shaping visuals for campaigns and product marketing, ensuring assets ship daily and align with Viktors fast-growth branding.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of visual design experience across agencies, studios, or in-house teams.
• Portfolio shows strong craft and range across performance ads, social, motion, campaigns.
• Able to produce high-velocity creative work and assets daily.
• Can work inside an established brand system and stretch it when needed.
• Hands-on AI usage across the full design workflow.
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe CC (Photoshop/Illustrator/AE).
• UI/UX experience is a plus, AI fluency is.

Responsibilities

• Ads: create high-volume static and motion ad creative against real budgets with fast turnaround.
• Brand execution: adapt and extend the visual system within the brand book.
• Campaigns & social: daily briefs, quick turnarounds with static, animation, video.
• Decks & templates: provide sales and success teams with reusable templates.
• Events: design booths, signage, swag, screens with on-brand visuals.
• Product visuals: redraw marketing screens—hero images, comparisons, walkthroughs.
