Element by Westin Wroclaw is seeking a friendly receptionist to welcome guests and manage check-ins/outs with attention to detail.

You will respond to guest requests, including concierge services, aiming to deliver a memorable stay. Fluency in Polish and English, plus experience at a hotel reception and Opera PMS, are essential. Night shifts and strong team spirit are valued in our dynamic hotel team.

Qualifications

• Fluent Polish and English communication skills.
• Experience working at a hotel reception is required.
• Good with technology and familiar with Opera (PMS).

Responsibilities

• Manage guest arrivals and departures and complete shift checklists.
• Respond to guest requests including concierge services.
• Provide personal, friendly service focused on guest experience.
• Work as part of a team with attention to detail and flexible shifts.
