Job summary

GitLab is recruiting a GTM Recruiter to build go-to-market teams that drive growth. This individual contributor role partners with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and others, owning searches from intake through close.

You’ll craft inclusive pipelines, use market insight for hiring decisions, and grow into a trusted talent advisor. You’ll manage searches for AEs, Solutions Architects, Customer Success, and Sales Operations, aligning roles with quotas and ramp expectations, while guiding

Qualifications

• Intermediate-level recruiting experience owning full-cycle searches.
• Experience in sales or GTM recruiting or interest in learning sales segments, quotas, OTE, ramp time.
• Developing advisor skills: building stakeholder trust and influencing without authority.
• Experience building proactive, diversity-focused sourcing and balanced pipelines.
• A data-informed approach turning funnel insights into practical actions.
• Strong organization across multiple requisitions and clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle searches for Account Executives and Sales roles with measurable goals.
• Lead intake and kickoff conversations to align hiring teams on scope, territory and ramp.
• Partner with teams on structured, equitable interviews with clear competencies.
• Use talent-market data and benchmark compensation to shape strategy.
• Assess candidates on track record, quota attainment and deal complexity.
• Build research-based, diversity-focused sourcing plans balancing applicants and referrals.
• Deliver a thoughtful candidate experience with proactive communication and timely feedback.
• Share learnings and reuse resources; apply AI responsibly to recruiting.
