Qualifications

• 3–5 years of recruitment experience.
• Experience owning full-cycle recruitment for GTM, business and client-facing roles, with a technical hiring understanding.
• Strong partnering with hiring managers and candidate assessment.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to improve processes using numbers.
• Ability to manage multiple roles independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own recruitment end to end for client services, GTM, sales and marketing roles.
• Translate hiring needs into candidate profiles and interview plans.
• Conduct screening interviews to assess fit and motivation.
• Run multiple pipelines in parallel with clear priorities.
• Measure hiring metrics and continuously improve processes.
