Job summary

Percona is seeking a GTM Coordinator to support go-to-market execution for our Cloud Native product line, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB Kubernetes Operators. You will work with the PMM/GTM Owner to keep launches, campaigns, content, and community programs running on time and organized.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in marketing, GTM, or coordination roles.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
• Good writing skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate launch logistics for new releases, features, and services: timelines, checklists, cross-team follow-ups, asset tracking.
• Help build GTM assets, including web pages, datasheets, case studies, and sales materials from briefs.
• Support community, partner, and customer engagement activities: interviews, testimonials, and case study material.
• Maintain and organize customer evidence: interview notes, quotes, proof points, and research inputs.
• Track campaign performance data and assist in reporting on segmentation and demand generation results.
• Coordinate with Digital Marketing on content scheduling and asset delivery for SEO, PPC, email and social channels.
• Support event logistics and CFPs for Kubernetes and database community events.
