Qualifications

• Znajomość prowadzenia warsztatów i spotkań z klientami zewnętrznymi (mile widziani klienci z USA).
• Zorientowanie na rozwój i dążenie do efektów.
• Minimum 1 rok komercyjnego doświadczenia w zarządzaniu projektami.

Responsibilities

• Uczestnictwo w spotkaniach projektowych z Product Ownerami i interesariuszami.
• Zbieranie wymagań, zarządzanie potrzebami klienta i utrzymanie przejrzystości procesu.
• Prowadzenie zespołu technicznego: deweloperzy, QA, projektanci.
• Uczenie się nowych praktyk i rozwijanie kompetencji.

Your future tasks and duties:

• Attending project meetings with the Product Owners and all stakeholders (Polish Team, MasterBorn Board Members)
• Gathering requirements from clients, managing their needs, and maintaining transparency of the process (i.e. maintaining the product roadmap)
• Leading tech team of developers, QA specialists, and Product Designers
• Learning best practices & growing
• Gathering valuable knowledge from certified courses and books recommended by our Team
• Learning how to describe business processes and how to extract business requirements from a client and ask the right questions
• And remember, you won't be alone. You will receive full and continuous support from experienced MasterBorn Product Owners

About you - Tech skills & Experience:

• Know how to conduct workshops and run meetings with business external clients (bonus point for American based clients)
• Tech-savvy and growth-oriented
• At least 1 year of commercial experience in project management
• Knowledge about SDLC
• Experience working with tech team (developers,designers)
• Curiosity about AI and interest in AI-driven solutions
• Practical knowledge of using AI in projects
• Comfortable turning ideas into simple visuals on the spot (flows, diagrams, step-by-step breakdowns) to support client conversations

• Excellent command of Polish and English (both C1) is required
