Job summary

MasterBorn is seeking a growth-minded intern to join our Product Talent Pool in Wrocław. You will support Product Owners in backlog tasks, attend client calls, and collaborate with developers and designers on real projects.

As an active student with C1 Polish and English, you will gain mentorship and exposure to cross-functional teams, with opportunities to continue toward a Junior Product Owner role and broader internal initiatives.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Polish and English (C1 for both)
• Active student status
• Involved in student organizations, startups, or hackathons
• Interest in AI, no-code, or automation tools
• Heard of Scrum, Agile, or Lean Startup
• Already played the role of Product Owner or Project Lead
• Will work with mentors on real cross-functional projects
• Will support Product Owners in backlog management, task definition and delivery tracking
• Will join client calls and internal stand-ups and may facilitate meetings
• Will collaborate with designers and developers and write clear documentation
• Will learn planning, estimating, prioritizing and iterating in real teams
• Will receive feedback from mentors and teams
• Might support marketing or internal initiatives

Responsibilities
