Jobgether is seeking a Head of Growth Marketing to lead acquisition, retention, and reactivation for a digital storefront offering in-game currencies and digital goods across Africa and the Middle East. Qualifications

• 6+ years in growth or performance marketing in gaming or digital apps.
• Proven paid acquisition at scale and CRM/lifecycle programs with measurable results.
• Translate quarterly growth strategies into actionable campaigns.
• Strong analytic skills and experience with MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust) and analytics tools.
• 2+ years of team management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own paid user acquisition across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat and other networks, managing CAC/ROAS targets.
• Develop and execute CRM and lifecycle marketing strategies covering segmentation, onboarding, repeat purchases, cross-selling, win-back and re-engagement.
• Manage lifecycle communications across push notifications, email, SMS, and WhatsApp to improve engagement and lifetime value.
• Lead app store optimisation initiatives and improve storefront conversion rates.
• Allocate and optimise marketing budgets across channels, markets and game titles based on unit economics.
• Collaborate with the Data Team to establish a reliable view of acquisition and lifecycle performance.
• Establish a high-tempo experimentation program across channels and creative formats.
• Lead and develop paid acquisition and creative specialists with clear objectives and testing processes.
• Partner with market and product owners to translate commercial objectives into executable campaigns.
