Job summary

Zoomget LLC is seeking a Director of Growth Marketing to lead omnichannel growth across Amazon and other marketplaces. This remote role focuses on strategy, execution, and data-driven optimization to grow revenue and customer acquisition.

You will own advertising, content, catalog, and brand programs, build dashboards, mentor a team, and partner with Sales, Finance, and IT to scale profitable growth while leveraging AI and automation.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in growth marketing or related leadership roles with 5+ years managing teams.
• Proven omnichannel growth across marketplaces, paid and organic channels.
• Recent hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Advertising at scale.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon performance drivers, content strategy, and Buy Box.
• Experience using analytics and automation to improve decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead Growth Marketing across Amazon and other marketplaces, channels, and campaigns.
• Own Amazon Advertising, Sponsored Products/Brands/Display; manage DSP and AMC.
• Build dashboards and reporting to drive transparency and budget decisions.
• Develop go-to-market plans for new products and promotions.
• Coach and develop the Marketing team, establish KPIs and processes.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, IT/Data, and leadership to align investments.
• Own Marketing’s P&L, budget, forecasting, and ROI-focused performance reporting.
