Job summary

TechTree is an AI-native recruitment platform. We are a product-focused team building features across frontend, backend and infrastructure to remove bottlenecks for delivery owners. We want a hands-on engineer who ships production code (TypeScript/React on the front end, Python or Node behind it, and SQL).

You will work closely with delivery owners and ops to observe how they work and build tools they actually enjoy using. Fluent Polish is required, and remote work is welcome.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience delivering production software across full stack.
• Proficiency with TypeScript/React on frontend, Python or Node on backend, and SQL.
• Strong design sense and ability to reason about UX.
• Experience working remotely and communicating effectively without meetings.
• Fluent Polish language.
• Nice to have founded or built your own product or startup.

Responsibilities

• Own features end to end across design, frontend, and backend.
• Collaborate with delivery owners and ops to identify problems worth solving.
• Improve internal tools to be fast and enjoyable to use.
• Push back on ideas when data or user feedback says otherwise.
• Showcase interfaces you designed and explain the trade-offs.
