Job summary

Lumorus is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the marketing function, develop and deliver the strategy, and manage the team’s priorities and performance. The role strengthens brand presence and generates qualified leads across practices and services, coordinating with Sales and marketing experts to drive growth.

You will plan campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and web channels, and oversee content, events, webinars and thought leadership with a remote-first team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ digital marketing experience with team leadership and campaign management.
• Working knowledge of SEO, content marketing, email marketing and social media (LinkedIn).
• Strong writing and stakeholder communication with brand sense.
• Ability to interpret marketing data, manage budgets and concurrent projects remotely.
• Hands-on Zoho Suite experience including campaign reporting and Sales coordination.
• Experience in B2B marketing within consultancy, professional services or technology.
• Ability to conduct market research, define client segments and position services clearly.
• Understanding of marketing automation, lead nurturing and sales funnels.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with commercial priorities.
• Define audiences, objectives, value proposition, messaging for each practice and service.
• Plan budgets, channels and resource requirements; launch plans for new services.
• Lead the marketing team, review content, provide feedback and develop staff.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging and oversee content calendars and materials.
• Plan campaigns across LinkedIn, email, website and other channels; optimize SEO and site improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales to agree lead criteria and handover; support engagement and conversion.
• Track KPIs, report costs and ROI; manage budgets and analytics tools.
