Assessment Systems by Mavie International is seeking a hands-on Managing Director to lead Mavie Work Poland and shape its next phase of growth.

You will own the Polish business, define local strategy, grow revenue, manage budgets, and build a client-focused culture across wellbeing, mental health, HR, leadership, and technology.

This market-facing leadership role blends consulting, healthcare, and tech, requiring strong senior stakeholder relationships and team leadership.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years in strategic HR, wellbeing, consulting, healthcare, or professional services.
• Strong people leadership experience.
• Proven sales and growth abilities with client pipelines.
• Experience with P&L, budgets, KPIs, margins and overall business performance.
• Excellent Polish and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the growth strategy for Poland and shape the service portfolio.
• Drive revenue growth, win new corporate clients, and cross-sell across the portfolio.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and key clients as a strategic partner.
• Own overall business performance: revenue, budgets, margins, profitability.
• Lead and develop a diverse team of professionals across domains.
• Assist integration of two businesses into a unified, client-focused culture.
