Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency LLC is hiring a performance media buyer to drive growth for DTC and ecommerce brands across Meta and TikTok. You will build testing roadmaps, guide creative strategy, and communicate with clients while scaling what works.

You will also collaborate with UGC creators to source talent, craft scripts, and direct content when needed. This role rewards strategic thinkers who move fast and own outcomes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience scaling eCommerce brands with paid media.
• Ability to analyze CPA, ROAS, and revenue.
• Experience with creative testing and briefs.
• Ability to work with editors and creators.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media strategy for DTC/eCommerce clients across Meta and TikTok.
• Build creative testing roadmaps.
• Manage ad budgets ranging from $30k/mo to $1m/mo per client.
• Diagnose the full funnel — identify issues related to creative, offer, or conversion.
• Communicate results and next steps with clients.
• Work with UGC creators — source talent, write scripts, direct content.
