Valmet is seeking a results-oriented sales professional to lead product sales for performance parts across Eastern Europe. You will shape strategy, engage customers, and expand our footprint in the EE region.

With a background in industrial B2B sales, you will negotiate, build lasting relationships, and travel extensively to meet customers, while aligning with Valmet’s leadership principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in related field.
• Proven experience in B2B sales within industrial or process industries.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to travel (more than 50% of time) within Eastern Europe and driving license.
• Fluent in English and Polish (German/other EE languages is advantage).

Responsabilités

• Lead and grow product sales for performance parts across EE area.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and profitability targets.
