Job summary

EMW in Bydgoszcz, Poland, seeks a Staff Assistance Service for Ground Logistics to coordinate and execute logistics functions per ACE and Battalion Directives. The role supports supply life cycle, including accountability, requisitions, storage, inventories, distribution, and material delivery for vehicles, electronics, computers, etc.

The contractor will develop transport load lists, deployed equipment inventories, and survey reports; provide on-the-job training to other supply specialists;

Qualifications

• Active NATO SECRET clearance required.
• Secondary education with basic task training and 2 years' experience.
• Logistics management experience and planning involvement.
• Valid Light Vehicle Driver license and Full C+E preferred.
• English language skills at NATO level 3322.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute logistics functions per ACE and Battalion Directives.
• Support supply life cycle: accountability, requisitions, storage, inventories, distribution.
• Develop transport load lists and equipment inventories; report surveys.
• Provide on-the-job training to other supply specialists.
• Ensure loading security and comply with host nation/international rules.
• Assist Section Head in supervising the logistics support section; operate NOSS.
