Job summary

EMW is seeking a Technician Services for Vehicles Maintenance to support maintenance and deployment across Europe. The role requires active NATO SECRET clearance, secondary education, and hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical vehicle maintenance, including power generators.

You will supervise vehicle maintenance tasks, manage a tool room, and coordinate logistics for parts and fluids. The position is full-time on-site in Bydgoszcz with travel across Europe as needed.

Qualifications

• Active NATO SECRET clearance required.
• Secondary education and basic task-specific training.
• 2 years' experience in vehicle maintenance and related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Executes maintenance of all NSB vehicles (commercial and tactical).
• Oversees disassembly, repair, re-assembly, tests and inspections for direct support maintenance.
• Uses hand and power tools for mechanical/electrical repairs and ensures readiness.
• Maintains tool room and records maintenance in vehicle documentation and software.
• Coordinates logistics for fluids and spare parts per annual maintenance plan.
• Provides driver training to new personnel and 1st level maintenance training to new drivers.
