Job summary

EMW in Bydgoszcz, Poland, seeks a Staff Assistant (Security) to support NCISG 3 NSB HQ security operations. The role requires a NATO COSMIC TOP SECRET clearance and extensive crypto/COMSEC experience, advising on security planning and crypto material handling.

The successful candidate will manage access controls, security systems, and security documentation, coordinating FPSA and protective measures as part of a secure NATO facility.

Qualifications

• Active NATO COSMIC TOP SECRET clearance is required.
• Higher Secondary education and vocational training in information security or ICT, with 5 years’ experience.
• Good knowledge of NATO COMSEC, Crypto and security policies/directives.
• Strong understanding of Crypto material handling, accounting and distribution.
• Familiarity with COMSEC principles and physical security standards.
• Experience with security systems: CCTV, Access Control, Alarming, ANPR.

Responsibilities

• Implement and supervise security measures per ACO policies within 3NSB.
• Provide advice on security aspects of communications plans.
• Manage and control crypto activities for garrison and subunits deployment.
• Conduct security inspections (physical, information, personnel, COMSEC).
• Maintain Crypto accounts and documentation, safeguard Crypto materials.
• Oversee Crypto equipment loading, shipment preparation and troubleshooting.
