Job summary

Gcore is seeking an Hardware Support Engineer to join our Infrastructure Team in Poland. You will troubleshoot and maintain data center server hardware, working with suppliers, data center personnel, and customers to resolve issues and optimize stock of spare parts.

You will document configurations and resolutions, contribute to maintenance processes, and help implement best practices while expanding your expertise in a fast-growing global environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional IT hardware support experience.
• Solid understanding of server architecture and PC hardware components.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving hardware issues to resolution.
• Basic Linux/Unix knowledge.
• Familiarity with networking concepts (DNS, IP addressing, ping, etc.).
• Experience with GPU cluster hardware troubleshooting.
• Strong independent problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Proficient English (Intermediate).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance on data center servers.
• Collaborate with suppliers, data center staff, and customers to resolve hardware issues.
• Maintain documentation of hardware configurations and issue resolutions.
• Help develop and implement hardware maintenance processes and best practices.
