Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to own the software that runs and automates its massive GPU network. You will design, code, and improve platforms that provision, configure, and monitor the network, while setting technical direction and raising quality across the team.

You will work in Python and Go, contribute to RFCs, and lead initiatives to automate operations, improve observability, and streamline deployments.

Qualifications

8+ years of professional software engineering experience building and operating production infrastructure.
Strong Python and Go and experience with CI/CD.
Solid understanding of running services at scale in an enterprise setting.
Hands-on with workflow automation and device provisioning at scale.

Responsibilities

Own design, development, and long-term health of platforms that automate the network.
Plan complex projects, map dependencies, and run multiple efforts in parallel.
Lead technical direction via RFCs, reviews, and architecture decisions.
Write well-tested Python and Go, with solid CI/CD practices.
Improve reliability by defining SLOs/SLIs and reducing toil via automation.
Collaborate with Network Engineering, Observability, Fleet Engineering, and HPC teams.
Join on-call rotation and mentor engineers.
