Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 4+ years of Workday configuration experience including global deployments.
• Strong collaboration across technical and non-technical teams to address global stakeholder needs.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, test, and deploy Workday HR modules for a global workforce
• Ensure configurations meet global/local requirements, including regulatory differences
• Maintain and optimize Workday processes, security roles, workflows and integrations
• Document configurations for audit and training
• Provide input on reports and analytics to deliver workforce insights
• Partner with HR, Payroll, IT and business teams to gather requirements
• Participate in projects to streamline HR processes and implement enhancements
