Job summary

Qualifications

• Solid HR experience in a multinational environment.
• Significant Workday expertise as System User or SME.
• Experience in Process Owner / Global Process Lead / HR Operations or Workday SME roles.
• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes and data management.
• Proven track record in process improvement, standardization, automation, and digital transformation.
• Agile, global mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience across countries and functions.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve global employee lifecycle and people data processes.
• Act as the global subject matter expert for People Data and Workday-related processes.
• Partner with HR Technology teams to translate business requirements into system solutions.
• Lead process standardization and simplification initiatives across regions and functions.
• Drive automation and digital transformation projects to boost efficiency and data quality.
• Analyze complex process and system challenges and identify scalable solutions.
• Support changes to data structures, standards, and governance frameworks.
• Review enhancements and changes for alignment with global standards.
• Support implementation activities including requirements, testing, and training.
• Develop process docs and knowledge materials.
• Promote best-practice use of Workday and HR tech.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure privacy compliance.
• Monitor trends and drive ongoing innovation.
