Job summary

Muehlhan Wind Service is seeking an experienced Site Manager for ENERCON onshore wind turbine installation projects across Europe. You will lead installation teams, coordinate resources, and ensure safe, on-time delivery aligned with project specifications and customer requirements.

You will drive daily site operations, manage risks, and report to Project Management while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity across multiple sites in Europe.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar leadership role in wind projects (onshore).
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills for multi-site teams.
• Experience with Vestas Onshore wind turbine installations is a strong advantage.
• Ability to manage safety, quality and project productivity on complex installations.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for site operations and installation activities.
• Lead teams of Team Leaders, technicians, and subcontractors to deliver on schedule.
• Plan daily/weekly activities, allocate resources, and monitor progress against milestones.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality standards, and ENERCON/Vestas procedures.
• Coordinate with Project Management and customers, and report on site performance.
