Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in project management within wind energy or related field services.
• Strong execution mindset with on-site focus.
• Ability to manage multiple international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Take full accountability for project delivery, from planning through execution to final close-out.
• Ensure projects are delivered in line with scope, timeline, budget and quality standards.
• Maintain full visibility and ownership of project financials, including monthly financial reporting, invoicing, WIP, AR and follow-ups.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and ensure structured, transparent communication.
• Work closely with site teams, operations, engineering and subcontractors to drive execution.
• Proactively manage risks, changes, delays and commercial topics.
• Ensure handover quality, documentation and project closure standards are met.
• Drive problem-solving on a daily basis and take ownership when things do not go as planned.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards throughout project execution.
