Job summary

Netwrix Corporation is seeking a Webinar & Online Events Specialist to own end-to-end production and growth of the global webinar program. You will manage a high-volume calendar across NAM, EMEA, and APAC, coordinating with internal teams, speakers, and partners to deliver content that informs, engages, and builds Netwrix's leadership in cybersecurity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in webinar production, online events, or demand generation in a B2B technology company.
• Hands-on experience with webinar platforms (ON24, Zoom Webinars, GoToWebinar, BrightTalk, or similar).
• Strong copywriting skills in English — scripts, promo copy, and speaker materials are a core part of this role.
• Experience managing multi-channel campaigns and using marketing automation tools (Marketo, HubSpot, or similar).
• Comfortable with data — pull reports, interpret performance metrics, and turn insights into action.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of Netwrix webinars—from ideation to live production and post-event distribution.
• Manage the global webinar calendar across NAM, EMEA, and APAC time zones.
• Operate webinar platforms and handle run-of-show, setup, and logistics.
• Collaborate with speakers and internal teams to develop engaging formats and content.
• Design and execute multi-channel promotion to drive registrations and pipeline.
