Job summary

Netwrix is seeking a Senior Staff Software Engineer to advance the NPS Discovery product into a scalable, cloud-enabled platform that discovers, classifies, and secures sensitive data across enterprise environments. You will help organizations gain visibility into their data and reduce security risk, delivering reliable, high-performance features for data scanning and reporting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience developing software applications or services.
• Solid understanding of software development fundamentals, data structures, and system design basics.
• Ability to independently deliver well-scoped features.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain production-quality software features for data discovery and classification.
• Build and enhance backend services and REST APIs.
• Develop and maintain user interfaces using React and Redux.
• Contribute to systems that process and analyze large volumes of data.
• Participate in design discussions and technical decision-making with guidance from senior engineers.
• Write clean, maintainable code and ensure quality through testing and code reviews.
• Debug issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features on time.
• Continuously improve system performance, scalability, and reliability.
