Job summary

Böehringer Ingelheim GmbH seeks a Senior Specialist Global Value Chain (GVC) and Product Costing to join the GVC Run Team in a global, process-driven environment. You will execute daily GVC activities, analyze complex value chains, and coordinate cross-functional solutions across planning and reporting cycles.

You will manage tools and data, validate changes for compliance, and help drive automation, standardization, and knowledge sharing within a multinational context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, controlling or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in management accounting or product costing.
• Strong SAP/ERP knowledge.
• Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Run daily GVC operations supporting product costing, COGS readiness, and stable processing.
• Investigate incomplete or incorrect value chains and determine corrective actions.
• Work with GVC tools and data to analyze cases and verify results after cycle runs.
• Act as second-level support for complex cases and manage risks and priorities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve dependencies and ensure data quality.
• Create process documentation and training materials; support knowledge sharing.
