Responsibilities

• Investigate and monitor alerts including Missing Batch Upload and Blind Passenger cases.
• Conduct GDP audit and inspection reviews and classify findings.
• Prepare and report Logistics & Distribution KPI dashboards.
• Support Global Batch Traceability by resolving gaps and validating links.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to management.
• Maintain process docs in Central Knowledge Hub and drive digitization.
• Share knowledge through GBS Process Community and training activities.
