Job summary

Aperam is seeking a Travel Policy Deployment Lead to roll out the Global Travel policy and supporting tools across the group. You will drive adoption, ensure policy compliance, and deliver practical end-user support.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in corporate travel management, a business degree, and strong English skills. Collaboration with IT, Finance, HR and Compliance is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in corporate travel management or equivalent organisational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration.
• IT affinity and proficiency with Google Suite are a plus.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of another Aperam language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the deployment of the Aperam Global Travel policy and the selected tools.
• Ensure high stakeholder adhesion and compliance by reporting on usage of travel policy and tools.
• Share best practices and provide end-user support.
• Partner closely with IT, Finance, HR, Insurance/Risk, Compliance and Communications.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in corporate travel management, or equivalent relevant experience in jobs with organisational skills


• A bachelor’s degree in business administration


• IT affinity, proficiency in Google suite is a +


• Fluency in English and ideally at least one other Aperam language (French / Dutch / Portuguese / German)


• Service oriented with an independent working method
