Job summary

HSBC Kraków is seeking a Strategic Change Director within the Group Chief Operating Office Transformation Services to lead large pools of change specialists, shaping and delivering high‑impact programmes across locations.

You will partner with senior executives, drive Agile delivery, manage costs and risks, and build capability within the team while aligning with regulatory and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Outstanding knowledge of end-to-end change disciplines – functionally, operationally and financially.
• Broad enterprise-wide view of business strategy, capabilities, enabling technologies, and governance.
• Strong knowledge of HSBC Group structures, values, processes and objectives.
• Experience leading large-scale change initiatives and delivering outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead large pools of change specialists managing projects and programmes across multiple locations.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives and partner with HSBC leaders to prioritise and drive change.
• Deliver high value financial improvement initiatives and regulatory outcomes.
• Upskill and develop capability within Transformation Services and across regions.
• Manage costs, headcount, risks and issues related to change programmes.
