Job summary

Pontoon Instinct in Kraków seeks a Senior Director to lead advisory engagements spanning contingent workforce strategy, analytics, and transformation. You will oversee client relationships, governance, and outcome delivery with senior HR, Procurement, IT and Finance stakeholders.

The role requires extensive consulting leadership experience, strong commercial acumen, and a proven ability to drive transformation across multi‑workstream programs.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years in consulting, advisory, MSP, or transformation leadership.
• Proven track record leading complex multi‑workstream engagements.
• Deep understanding of contingent workforce ecosystems and tech platforms.
• Experience partnering across HR, Procurement, IT and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of advisory engagements with clear scope, milestones, risks and financials.
• Direct cross-functional teams across workforce strategy, talent intelligence, operating model design, analytics, platforms and change management.
• Ensure outputs reflect Instinct methodologies, quality standards and frameworks.
• Own engagement outcomes and ensure value realization for clients.
