Qualifications

• Proven understanding of Service Delivery Models and General process knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with CxO level stakeholders.
• Experience in managing transformation teams and mentoring less experienced members.
• Knowledge of GBS requirements and ability to create transformation roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead GBS transformation projects, mentoring and coaching consultants.
• Design and implement target operating models and lead process design workshops.
• Own program deliverables related to GBS transformation.
• Facilitate client meetings to drive consensus among stakeholders.
