Job summary

Societe Generale Poland is seeking a COO Office, Transformation, Process & Risk Manager to drive business transformation, optimize processes, and strengthen governance and risk culture. You will work with executives across CIB activities and support functions, coordinating across multiple international stakeholders.

The role is based in Poland with hybrid operations and significant transversal leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Business Management, COO Office, Transformation, Operations, Process Excellence, or Project Management roles.
• Experience in Corporate & Investment Banking environments.
• Fluent in English and Polish.
• Lean or Six Sigma certification is a strong advantage.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills across organizational boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate strategic and operational transformation initiatives across SG Poland.
• Drive change management to implement new operating models, processes, systems and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate stakeholders across business, operations, IT, risk, compliance, legal, and support functions.
• Prepare executive presentations and governance materials for senior leadership.
