Job summary

ISS A/S is seeking a Senior Category Manager for Tools and Chemicals in Poland (Warsaw). You will drive the global Cleaning category agenda, ensure supplier compliance, and convert spend into global contracts, working with ISS countries and stakeholders.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, business-case development, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver value and productivity across the Group Cleaning portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, category management, commercial analysis or a similar role.
• Experience in a multi-country environment and engaging with local and global stakeholders.
• Proven ability to build fact-based business cases and present recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical capability, advanced Excel; Power BI or Sievo experience preferred.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Drive supplier compliance across ISS countries and adoption of global preferred supplier agreements.
• Convert non-compliant cleaning spend into contracted global solutions and maximise rebates.
• Develop country-level business cases with local procurement and operations teams.
• Support implementation of new contracts and supplier performance initiatives.
• Provide spend analysis, benchmarking and performance tracking across the portfolio.
• Contribute to assortment simplification and compliance overviews across Group Cleaning.
