Job summary

British American Tobacco Poland is seeking a GLOBAL CATEGORY LEAD in Warsaw to deploy international category strategies across multiple markets. The role focuses on strategy development, contract pipelines, supplier relationships and risk management to deliver value for BAT.

You will collaborate with Operations, Manufacturing, IT and GBS Procurement, leading negotiations and ensuring governance, compliance and performance across the sourcing portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of procurement experience in operations, manufacturing, ESG or supply network areas.
• Experience running multi-market RFPs and renewals for manufacturing tech and sourcing platforms.
• Strong contract negotiation skills including MSAs and SOWs, data protection and security schedules.

Responsibilities

• Define global category strategies and 1–3 year plans.
• Lead global and geographic contract negotiations and supplier management.
• Collaborate with Operations, IT, Cyber/Infosec, Finance and GBS Procurement to ensure value realization.
• Drive risk management, continuity planning and supplier performance reviews.
