Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Poland is seeking a skilled Tender & Pricing Leader to drive end-to-end bid responses for local, regional, and global clients. You will coordinate with Engineering, Operations, QHSE, Legal, Finance and Sales to design competitive commercial and technical proposals, ensuring timely submissions.

The role requires 5+ years in pricing or customer service supervision within freight forwarding, strong analytical and negotiation abilities, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in customer service supervision or pricing within freight forwarding; project logistics or supply chain mgmt helpful.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and diplomatic skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with IT systems architecture and databases.
• Strategic planning and execution capabilities.
• Customer-oriented mindset and ability to work in diverse, cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel internationally when required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary tender communications contact and coordination.
• Analyze and manage tenders, RFQs, and RFPs from local, regional, and global clients.
• Design overall response with Engineering, Operations, QHSE, Legal, Finance and Sales.
• Prepare accurate, compliant bid responses within deadlines.
• Develop pricing models to maximize profitability while remaining competitive.
• Oversee online bidding portals and bid trackers.
• Conduct postmortems and report tender performance trends.
• Support implementation teams establishing SOPs for onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with legal, HSE and environmental requirements.
