You will support sales activities through technical expertise, product knowledge, and problem-solving to help customers achieve optimal results with our casings and processing solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Food Technology, Meat Science, or related field.
• Strong technical understanding of food processing, manufacturing, or product application environments.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical authority for assigned products and applications within the region.
• Support Sales and Key Account Managers with technical expertise in customer interactions.
• Ensure proper positioning, specification, and application of products in customer processes.
• Collaborate with Quality and Operations to resolve technical issues and implement corrective actions.
• Train Sales teams on product knowledge and technical positioning.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, standards, and guidelines.
