Henkel is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to drive sales across Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia and the Baltics. You will combine technical know-how with commercial acumen to grow Henkel brands in construction and industrial sectors, building lasting customer relationships across international markets.
The role requires 3+ years in B2B technical sales, a technical background is a plus, and English at B2 level or higher.
Qualificações
- At least 3 years of B2B technical sales experience in export markets.
- Technical background in Construction Engineering or Chemical Engineering is an advantage.
- English proficiency at B2 level or above; Czech, Lithuanian or other languages are a plus.
Responsabilidades
- Develop customer relationships and identify new business opportunities across your territory.
- Drive sales growth and achieve agreed sales targets.
- Prepare tailored technical and commercial proposals, including product selection, pricing, and delivery terms.
- Provide technical support, conduct product trials, and deliver on-site application training.
- Collaborate with regional teams and share sales forecasts, customer feedback, and market insights.
