Job summary

LanceSoft Europe is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Specialist for a 6- to 12-month engagement in Poland. You will lead sourcing initiatives for technology products and services, negotiate with suppliers, and drive contracting activities across regions.

The role requires 5+ years in strategic sourcing, strong knowledge of software licenses, SaaS, cloud, and cybersecurity, and the ability to collaborate with Legal, Privacy, and Finance to optimize value.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, IT, finance, operations, or related field.
5+ years of strategic sourcing or related experience.
Proven experience sourcing technology products and services (software, SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, etc.).
Proven success leading sourcing initiatives and complex contracting.
Strong knowledge of software licensing, SaaS structures, and cloud consumption models.
Strong commercial acumen to evaluate proposals and manage supplier relationships.
Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong project management, planning, coordination, and timeline management.
Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder skills.
Ability to work independently across regions/time zones.
Strong English communication for meetings and negotiations.
Experience collaborating with Legal, Privacy, Cybersecurity, Finance, and PMO.
Adaptable in a growth-oriented organization.
