Qualifications

• 3+ years of local recruitment experience (agency/headhunting or mid-to-large tech/internet background preferred).
• A strong headhunter mindset, with proficiency in Boolean search.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end talent acquisition for local and cross-border business teams — profiling, screening, interview assessment, and salary negotiation
• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, Wanted, and other major recruitment channels
• Provide day-to-day HR support for the team, including employee communication, engagement, and culture building
• Research salary trends and competitor movements in the tech/internet industry to inform strategic hiring recommendations
• Liaise with third-party EOR providers to ensure smooth onboarding and integration for new hires
