Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as a Recruiter or Senior Recruiter in tech, software, or professional services.
• Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence and advise at multiple levels.
• Track record of recruiting across locations, functions, and levels of seniority.
• Experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools is preferred.
