Job summary

BeOne Medicines is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end technology initiatives for General Administration, including Legal, Compliance, and Business Development. You will own the full lifecycle from requirements through vendor management and handover to operations.

The role emphasizes translating business needs into practical designs, shaping high-level architecture, and evaluating vendor proposals for security, cost, and scalability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/engineering/business admin or related field.
• 7+ years in IT project management, enterprise tech implementation, or solution delivery.
• Strong technical knowledge of enterprise app architecture, system integration, APIs, data flows, cloud/SaaS, IAM, and production support.
• Familiarity with AI, automation, or low-code platforms (e.g., Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Dify, OutSystems).
• Experience delivering SaaS and Salesforce-based implementations, integrations, and global rollouts.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives for General Administration (Legal, Compliance, Business Development).
• Own full project lifecycle from requirements through handover to operations.
• Translate business needs into practical solutions and high-level architecture.
• Manage governance, risk, procurement, security, and environment readiness.
• Drive alignment across stakeholders, GTS, control functions, and vendors.
• Provide clear reporting and manage vendor engagement and SOWs.
