Job summary

BeOne Medicines seeks a Senior Director, Infrastructure and Cloud Architecture to define and lead global infrastructure strategy across cloud, data center, and network services. You will partner with cybersecurity, enterprise applications and regional IT teams to ensure scalable, secure, compliant, and cost-effective infrastructure capabilities.

The role demands 12+ years in IT, 7+ years in leadership, deep cloud and governance expertise, and excellent English communication; travel as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum 12 years of progressive IT experience in infrastructure architecture and global IT environments.
Minimum 7 years of leadership experience managing technical teams.
Deep knowledge of cloud, data center, networking, identity, security, and automation.
Experience with hybrid/multi-cloud environments and governance.

Responsibilities

Define and maintain the global infrastructure architecture strategy, standards, and roadmaps.
Lead planning across cloud, network, compute, storage, and data center services.
Ensure solutions meet regulatory, security, and business continuity requirements.
Partner with cybersecurity and business technology teams to align infrastructure with strategy.
Drive modernization with automation, IaC, and standardized services.
