Job summary

BeOne Medicines seeks a seasoned leader to define and drive our global data platform strategy, architecture, and operations. You will shape scalable, compliant, self‑service capabilities across regulated, multi‑region environments and partner with senior executives to align platforms with business needs.

You will lead AI-enabled analytics, FinOps, governance, and platform reliability, build a global CoE, and translate pilots into enterprise‑scale solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data platforms, data engineering, or enterprise data architecture.
• 5+ years leading teams and managers.
• Experience with regulated industries (GxP, data privacy).

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year architecture and roadmap for enterprise data and AI platforms.
• Publish standards for ingestion, integration, analytics, and AI workloads.
• Design scalable, multi-region, regulated data platforms.
• Lead governance, evaluations, and build-vs-buy decisions.
• Own platform FinOps and cost optimization across the ecosystem.
• Deliver platform-as-a-product capabilities and self-service tooling.
• Build and lead a global Data Platform CoE and federated teams.
